We have a Spanish Biliteracy Pathway program at Glen Park School. A child in this pathway typically comes from a native Spanish-speaking household or is Spanish proficient when tested by the district. Unlike in Spanish Immersion, there are no English-only students learning Spanish in the Biliteracy Pathway.

We have so many wonderful enrichment programs for your child to get involved with. We offer visual art, music, dance, outdoor education in the garden, library visits, and more. We also have a partnership with StageWrite, a theatre arts residency program that empowers all of our students to become actively engaged in their education, and passionate about learning through the theatre arts.

We have a variety of programs for students with special needs at Glen Park. Our Moderate - Severe Special Day Classes (SDC) serve students who will benefit from a dedicated classroom, and our Resource Specialist Program (RSP) teachers work with students in their General Education classrooms and in our dedicated Resource Room.

At the heart of our school is a strong support system to develop the social and emotional growth of our children. We highly value a safe and respectful school climate and look for every opportunity to create happy and healthy communication. Glen Park's wellness center is accessible to each and every student, and even some adults utilize the Wellness Center. It is a place where we can teach students how to restore peace and repair harm between one another.

The Big Blue After School Program is designed to encourage and support children’s social and emotional development as well as their academic progress. The program offers creative, engaging literacy and arts-based enrichment essentials along with physical recreation components for children in kindergarten through fifth grade. We partner with the San Francisco Arts Education Project to combine arts education with after-school activities.
